What you get with our yearly maintenance agreement:

• Water heater Temperature and Pressure relief valve test (T&P Valve - 2 Max)
• 14 point inspection and flush out of tank type water heater (2 Max)*
• Inspection of all outside faucets or hose bibs
• Dye test all toilets to ensure there is no water seeping through
• Inspect all bathroom* and kitchen faucets as well as the under-counter plumbing
• Camera inspection of the main sewer line (with existing clean outs)
• Inspect washing machine hoses *(Typically the most neglected plumbing connections)

As a preferred customer, in addition to the above you will also receive:

• Same day emergency service
• Guaranteed repair service within 24 hours
• Preferred Customer Pricing in lieu of standard pricing on any repair service or product (excluding emergency service)
